GQ Germany – May 2020 Photo Shoot

Artist management agency CLM chose Meraki to hire for this editorial shoot for GQ Germany’s May 2020 issue.

This shoot took place in the Abu Dhabi desert, also known as the Empty Quarter Desert or Rub al Khali. This was a one day shoot.

Meraki provided location and production facilitation for CLM’s shoot. We also worked with Michelle Hay Management who supplied groomer Luca Massimiliano Comella.

TALENT

Top model, Aleksandar Rusić was featured in the GQ editorial. He is known for being the face of Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profondo and for being a runway model for high end fashion brands, from Emporio Armani to Calvin Klein. A professional stuntman was a stand-in for Aleksandar in certain dirtbike shots.

Matthew Brookes is represented by CLN. He has photographed numerous celebrities, including Richard Madden, Claire Foy and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Fashion Director for GQ, Tobias Frericks has worked on numerous editorial spreads for GQ Germany, GQ Style Germany and GQ Italia.
